You can take actions on someone else, and you can bookmark threads. Only this place you can do these, with grace.

We talk with words and phrases, but we don't like codes. Admit it, you want images and graphics. awForum has the prettiest talking place you can find on the Internet, which makes reading posts and messages a happy thing. With the intuitive interface, reading through paragraphs is no longer boring. Posts are floating in boxes and translucent tool-boxes show you the available options to mark a thread, retrieve more user information or jump to another unread thread. Everything is clearly laid out with pretty icons, and the forums no longer look like a screen from a programmer stuffed with alphabets.

The new forum is completely re-engineered, and all the codes rewritten and modified. The result is faster loading time and better interface integration. With the new AJAX scripts and backend, you do not need to reload or jump through pages. After clicking on a thread in the list, it is loaded instantly into the page. If you want to jump to another group, the same thing happens. You can then go to your favorite thread or pick up all the unread posts in one page. You want to start a new thread? No problem. You want to add some smilies? The list loads in the same way. The page behaves in the way you want it to be, all with the new AJAX loading mechanism.

Compose your thread easily
You can now preview your post with a new Preview function, and you can quote others' threads and add it into your compose box instantly. If you have made a mistake after posting, the Edit function will pop up right in the thread for you to correct it. Adding links and text styles on the fly, and the same for your replies on other threads too!

Add Post-it, on your marks!
Found a cool topic? You can use the unique threadmarker to mark it up like adding it into your favorite. The forums have a Post-it function as well, which marks all the unread and latest threads for you. All the unread marks will be automatically discarded after you finish reading it, but if you want to keep the marks, it is okay too. Just click on the Post-it again and mark it back. Done. You can then go back to your threadmarker list, and jump directly back to the threads as you want. Even that there is the search function, you don't need to search in that many forums to get your favorites.

Reply on the notifications!
Now, the notifications in your ISM list are not just to notify you, but allow you to reply to the comments and posts right there. Click on the titles and the notifications will retrieve the related comments for you to reply on. Just reply there, and it will be like when you are replying in the forums. Do the same with blog comments and guestbook entries, easy and done!

Invite your pal for a Rocket Ride!
The new Action function allows you to do different things to your buddies. You can spank them with lollipop, or share some candies with them. A tank or an alien as a gift, maybe? Leave your words on their guestbooks in the newly designed member pages. To get the member info when you are reading threads, you can click on their names and a hover-box will come up where you can view their info and lists of their bookmarks and blogs. All thanks to the new AJAX system.
