about fireworks , rockets and ya know -- here in méxico is so common exploit fireworks at september 16 and new year. the bad thing here is the dirt after exploit the fireworks! about the loud, the most loud is in the night, and at 11:00 pm or middle night the explotions are too much! here the fireworks are banned, prohibited, not allowed mexico is prodicer of the fireworks ¬¬

Angelworld Subsites Updates . . . in Angelworld Main Site

Just a little construction work around here, I have moved awBlogLight now back to awBlog site, and so you will be using awBlog for all blog activities, while any blog sites you are referred to from this forum will lead you to that blog site as well.

You can see this as a template idea. awBlogLight is one of the templates you can use for your blog, and this template uses the same layout as this page, ie, awForum/awBlog skin.

[b]Shoutbox and new status indication[/b]
At the same time, I have also added the shoutbox function in awBlog, so you can shout there. Also, I have added one more status icon, which is turquoise color. When you are online in the awBlog site instead of this forum, your online icon color will be turquoise. It will be green again when you come back into this forum.

I have upgraded TinyMCE editor in awBlog, and also refined some backend scripts in awSpell for the forum and blog.

If you have encountered any problem when loading the sites, please contact me immediately so that I can fix it asap. Of course you can also report by replying to this thread.

Part I
Xavier had a relationship, just like a friends with Helena, they were in love (yes still they are friends) but some differences and attitudes make the relationship like a friends not good, like rivals. .. but there are love , yes some love, she wants him and he wants her too, they are just a steps to become into a couple (even when there are "fights" between them").
Part II
He decided go away... after some months of relationship Xavier decides go apart... away from Helena , Xavier knows that Helena's attitude like "indifference and arroggance" is just because she is shy, and she is falling in love too but she hides his feelings being rude, arrogant, frivolous. he fades away without announce anything... just 2 encounteers in a year -- just a halo but some strange, like a trying by they both to stay there, and a feeling like "why are we apart?? we shouldn't".
Part III
5 years after, Xavier is in love, yes, has a nice, good and so pretty relationship with his girlfriend Malena, Malena loves him so much, he loves her so much everything is a dream made true but one day...
Part IV
Xavier and Helena by coincidence- like a destiny-joke encounter in the subway. The moment is only Helena and Xavier, they talk about carreers, jobs, family... but the pauses, the moment, the details, the eyes, the look... he knows WHO AND WHAT she is, she knows WHO AND WHAT he is ... .. and they both know it, they FEEL it...
Part V
Xavier loves to Malena, is in love, he wants her, really he is so happy, and Malena is so happy and so in love too. But Xavier had a chain-- a chain named ELENA ...[b] or is just his imagination?[/b]

The next version of Adobe Creative Suite has come, and new features and options filled all the software in the whole pack. so much neighboors had damages in their TV, phones, .. and here in my house all the 3 computers burned - the power switch. the Dell inspiron 530 will get repaired in 15 days because the parts are imported --- - and the telephone was burned too - ok ok

awWings is one of the subsites in Angelworld, and it is made for mobile devices. Obviously Angelworld contains too much graphics and stuff and load the sites like this forum and the other accessories can be harsh on the mobile devices. awWings will be like a trimmed down version of some of the most popular features in the heaven.

What do you think awWings should have when you surf into this Heaven? The forum? The address book? Or to browse re art in Angelworld?

Finally Google released their own browser, probably because M$ just released the new beta of IE8, which has a new function called InPrivate. It allows you to clear all browsing data so that you can keep your browser clean, but this will hinder the great plan Google has, which is web application and web desktop.

In sight of this, Google creates their own browser so that users can enjoy a seamless working and entertainment environment. With Chrome you can reach information easily from their services so that you can always work on it (like you can reach your own mail in Gmail, find your own locations with Google Map...etc).

Few questions related to health & exercise . . . in Health and Self-care

Long time no see! Been lurking only for a while...don't have much time to post... Well, I'm starting a new commitment and I feel it's gonna be important. So I wanna ask you guys a few things.

I'm quite a lazy, facing-the-comp-all-the-time person and I don't like it, so I thought why not I use some of my time exercising. Unfortunately, I know almost nothing about it nor anything health/physiology related compared to everyone else lol. So I apologize if my questions are ****in' stupid. Hope you guys could help, or at least show me where I could find info on these! (I suck at googling and digging info)

I wanted to ask:
1) Is exercising right before/after (say, within an hour?) any meal a bad idea? How long should I 'wait'? How about before/after sleeping?

2) If I do push ups and sit ups (30 each, no unnecessary resting in between) twice a day, everyday, what benefits will it bring? Any negative effects? In the day, when would be the best time to do them?

3) I'm quitting (I know what you're thinking - "yeah right!" LOL!), but I'm just curious - are the negative health effects of tobacco or smoking a million times worse right after you worked out?

4) I thought about it, and I think cycling is the best suited outdoor exercise for me, 'cause my friend living near me cycles occasionally too. Do you have any opinions on it? Any tips, warnings, etc?

5) Is it specially beneficial to 'change' your routine of exercising once in a while, e.g. cycle for a month, swim for another, then jog, etc.? Why?
Is it unfavorable to stick to one type of sport for a long time?

Might add on when I have more questions. Thank you all in advance
