I do at first, but may not do so in the later part sometimes I must say I am too self-absorbed that I don't really hear about others, or give myself a chance to think about what the others have said.

In general, I tend to care about others first before I do anything. I like to take care of people and so when it comes to family, relationships and friends, I am considerate.

For your example, it depends. If they are my good friends or colleagues, I will express in a modest way. If not, I just say things out more bluntly. I don't feel bad because, like many of you who know me in person, I am very honest on many things. I don't mind at all saying out my opinion (and that is why people love and hate me at the same time in the office ).

However, I am not sure if that is to do with caring about others' feelings. It is not like you care and so you say it or hide it. For me, it is all about being brave or not when you see mistakes others have made.

after a few years of experience in the Gov. office, I started to apply a lot of goodies I learned, even the Gov. office gave to groups or teams conferences and technics about organization, leadership, self-starting and so much more. When I started to implement some organization tips here in our family business, can you imagine the rejection and insults I received??? even the Michael Jordan book is considered like "nothing special". . . but the time gave me the reason but still my family don't see it, don't realize they are implementing NOW things that once I said and they told me "crazy". I mean about organization, even in the folders to organize fees, payments, pediments.... in a begining it was so terrible and I suggested file-folders with colours and a special forniture- i received insults of course belive me! a very bad and violent rejection - time after now the folders idea is being adopted ¬¬) ok BYE thanks

I too tend to care bout others before myself (i think this is more like a chinese culture already lol). I will also try to express it out in a way that isn't so obvious, i always feel bad like they plan it out so nicely and someone doesn't like it. It hurts sometimes.

Lol @ Mclara. Yeah its true, my mom try to convince me to take this product which is some enzyme, and i told her that our body already HAVE enzyme. Since i'm studying biology. I asked her what is enzyme, she can't answer and wants me to eat that product lol.

I always think before I speak. My mouth generally never gets me into trouble, but yeah, I do care about being too blunt, I try and say things in a nice way but if I get pushed I will be blunt

I think it's cuz i've always been a fairly quiet and reserved person, I tend to chip in when it's necessary with something worthwhile, haha. So I always think. But I know loads of people who are the complete opposite, talk too much without thinking and it gets them in trouble!

lol yeah xD. My mouth don't gets me in trouble, but it does sometimes. It just .... comes out automatically <.<. lol. But i think caring for others have became a Chinese culture, me and my cousin/brothers are always taught to care about other people's feeling.
