First was nokia 2100 then my mom was using sony ericsson, she got a motorola and sold my nokia 2100 and gave me her sony ericsson. k800i xP. But i wished i have an iPhone. But my country is kinda sad, my friend got a nokia N95 with GPS system, he lost his phone but our country doesn't support GPS. his Phone is no where to be found LOL. I stole the  that oinks helloly.

By wintergal (Heavenly Archangel) . 3 months ago Really weird huh? Malaysia didn't get the iPhone supply, yet Singapore which is just underneath Malaysia got it. Damn unfair.  But, at least iPhones are sold in Australia~  Hmm, I've never lost my phone before though. But the last time I changed my phone was December 2006, before I left for Australia. So, currently I'm still using Sony Ericsson K800i. With the touchscreen phones out, the touchscreen ones looks so much better~  crays @ i think he cant find his phone back because the price of that phone is expensive and ppl will just take it without giving it back to u. hopefully he did lock his sim and phone? xD : : NorthEastWestSouth : :

Well bout my friend case, i mean, the provider (Maxis) did not have GPS system which COULD trace back where his phone is at that particular time. winter @ K800i have a touchscreen system?! My friend lost his phone in the cinema, since its the cinema that smart ass silenced his phone. We kept calling and nothing is heard, after that we decided to ask the person in charge to off the lights and yay, vibrations and blinking light xD! I stole the that oinks helloly.

Malaysia, currently, is like... you buy the phone individually (without locking into any mobile plans) and then only you subscribe to their service and you're able to change to another service provider anytime you like. And like in other countries, eg. Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong... I think you have to be locked into their mobile plans of your preferred service provider to get the mobile phone you want. So, yeah... And iPhones worldwide are mostly locked into the 'major' mobile service provider's mobile plans, too. : : NorthEastWestSouth : :

You can now choose your own with iPhone 3G since you can take the SIM card out easily with its little clip thing, something included in the package. In Hong Kong, it is better to buy in the big chain stores. After all, buying electronic goods here is very much a bargain already compared to other countries or cities!
